Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. All information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. hearts2hearts will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, please contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All hearts2hearts users are required to comply with the following usage rules at all times. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure.
Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or transactions
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to access your account

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on hearts2hearts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them.
Deposits are processed via payment methods supported by the platform, including local bank transfers and Malaysian e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or interruptions.
Hearts2hearts reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or security risk. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be returned once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable legal compliance requirements.
All content on the hearts2hearts platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of hearts2hearts or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written authorisation.
